The Sale Mandate is a legal requirement (law dated 2 January 1970). The mandate will be “non-exclusive” unless you expressly ask for it to be “exclusive”.
It will authorize you to sell your property yourself or through another intermediary, without paying fees to our agency. The mandate will be set up when we meet or by post. Our fees are paid completely (100%) by the buyer
and are included in the price quoted to our clients.
Fees are only due in the case of a sale through our agency.
